1 banana baked with cinnamon

  • Day #3

    Detox Breakfast:

1 orange juice with carrot and beet

1 slice whole wheat bread

1 slice of white cheese

1 thin slice of melon

Detox Snack:

1 guava +

3 cashew nuts

Detox Lunch:

1 dessert plate full of watercress + tomato + grated turnip + seasoned cooked chickpeas with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and vinegar tea

2 tablespoon of brown rice with broccoli

1 grilled chicken fillet

1 thin slice of pineapple

Detox Snack:

1 cabbage juice with orange file

1 nuts

Detox Dinner:

1 plate of green salad leaves table + boiled cabbage flower + + cooked spiced carrot parsley with 1 tablespoon olive oil and vinegar tea

1/2 eggplant stuffed with soy meat or shredded chicken with tomato sauce

1 kiwi
